I offer 1-on-1 physical therapy and rehabilitation services out of Big Iron Gym and Westside Fitness in Seattle to help gym-goers eliminate pain and return to activity stronger than before.

Our initial session will be a movement screen and evaluation to identify the source of your pain and any deficits in strength, mobility, or other areas that may be contributing to what you are experiencing. From there I will create and guide you through an individualized plan designed to address these deficits and get you back to moving how you want without being held back by pain!

What Does The Process Look Like?

  • Identify

    After your free call, you will schedule a initial evaluation with me (either virtual or in-person). During this hour-long session, we will identify any deficits in your mobility, strength, movement, etc., that may be contributing to your pain and lay out a plan to get you back to doing what you love.

  • Intensify

    Over the course of your treatment, we will meet regularly for either in-person treatment sessions (Seattle only) or virtual check-ins to progress your rehab program. Everything we do will be individualized to YOU and focused on building you back up to your full function.

  • Integrate

    As your pain decreases and capacity increases, we’ll begin to re-introduce formerly challenging movements and activity-specific patterns. By the end of your treatment, you will have all the tools to continue your training independently and resume doing everything you love!

what does VIRTUAL VS. ONLINE PHYSICAL THERAPY look like?

  • Option 1: Virtual Physical Therapy

    • includes virtual movement assessment, individualized rehab + training program through TrueCoach App, 24/7 access to me with messaging through TrueCoach, virtual follow-up sessions, virtual form/technique coaching, and more!

    Option 2: In-Person Physical Therapy

    • I also offer in-person services at Big Iron Gym in Seattle!

    • includes initial in-person evaluation, individualized rehab + training program through TrueCoach App, regular in-person sessions/follow-ups, 24/7 access to me with messaging through TrueCoach, and more!

  • Both Virtual and In-Person Physical Therapy options include:

    • Full initial evaluation, intake and discussion about your goals and program

    • Individualized rehab program through TrueCoach Training App, complete with exercise videos and updated regularly as you progress back to function

    • Regular follow-up sessions scheduled as needed

    • 24/7 access to me through messaging on the TrueCoach Training App

    1. Discovery call

    2. If you are a good candidate for PT, you’ll fill out an intake - medical history, setting goals, setting up the training app, etc.

    3. Virtual or In-Person Initial Evaluation

    4. Based on our findings, your weekly rehab program will be input into TrueCoach

    5. From there, we will schedule weekly or regular follow-up sessions for the duration of your treatment

    6. Messaging and feedback as needed via the TrueCoach app

    7. Before you know it, you’re back to lifting and activity unhindered by pain!
